Use a papaya for your bowl
Delicious eating without the clean-up, Solo papayas. Just about any berry will make a perfect breakfast. As is, or add this sauce.
Ingredients
- Lime - 1
- White wine - 1 tbs
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Solo papaya - 1
- Your choice of berries - 1 cup
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the juice of one lime, white wine and honey.
- Cut in half vertically, a Solo papaya. Discard the seeds. Slice a thin slice off the large side so that the papaya will remain upright on the plate.
- Scoop the berries into the papaya halves. Pour the lime sauce over the berries. Serve immediately.
