Chayote melon chill
Chayote is refreshing. There's no need to add ice to this smoothie to get the same effect. You can add almost any fruit from the kitchen counter fruit bowl and this works deliciously.

Peel the chayote. Cut off its ends. Put in a blender.

Add the cantaloupe pieces, cinnamon, almond milk, honey and juice of 1 lime to the blender. Blend until relatively smooth.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve chilled.
