Guava and grape basil salad
Hard to resist any salad with grapes in it. After enjoying this salad, you may say the same about Florida red guava.
Ingredients
- 3 Florida red guavas
- 1 cup grapes, cut in half
- Basil fruit dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/8 cup fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions

Peel the guavas. Cut into 1/2" pieces.

In a medium bowl, place the guava pieces and grapes.
- In a food processor, add the ingredients for the basil fruit dressing. Pulse to combine.

Add the basil fruit dressing to the bowl. Toss gently to combine.

Refrigerate covered for at least 2 hours.
- Toss gently before serving.
