Ingredients
- SlimCado avocado - 1
- Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tbs
- Limes - 2
Instructions
- Slice the SlimCado in half. Remove the seed. Then slice into quarters. Peel the skin off.
- With a pastry brush, brush the olive oil over the SlimCado's surface.
- Gently place the avocado slices, seed cavity side down over medium-hot coals for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Turn to other seed cavity side and squirt the limes over the SlimCados. After an additional 2 to 3 minutes, gently take off the coals.
- Enjoy immediately.
