Mamey smoothie
Mameys are made for smoothies. Their rich taste combines with yogurt for a milk-shake taste.
Ingredients
- Mamey sapote - 1
- Greek yogurt - 1 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Honey - 2 tbs
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Instructions
- Cut the mamey in half. Discard the seed. Scoop out the insides into a blender.
- Add milk, honey, vanilla and ice. Pulse until combined.
- Serve immediately.
