Papaya starfruit pudding cake
A nice and easy way to try tropical fruits, this easy fruit pudding pie recipe also makes a great gift. Put the Solo papaya, starfruit, limes, pudding mix and liquor in a ready-bake pie crust and put a bow on it. Both the gift and the dish are eye-catching and taste-grabbing. Ingredients
- 1 box of vanilla instant pudding
- 2 limes
- 1 single serving size - tequila
- 1 Florida starfruit
- 2 Solo papayas
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions

Pour the tequila and the juice of 2 limes into a large liquid measuring cup. Reading the directions on the pudding box, add the remaining milk or water to meet the recipe's liquid requirements. Add liquid to a large bowl and combine with pudding mix. Add any other ingredients and combing.

Follow the box directions to complete the pudding recipe.

Remove from heat and cool the pudding.

Slice the starfruit into 1/4" slices, poke out any seeds.

Peel and chop the Solo papayas into small pieces.

Pour pudding into crust, spread papaya pieces on top. Layer starfruit slices around the pie's top.

Refrigerate covered at least two hours.
