Grilling in the winter means folks and family inside trying to stay warm. During the summer, it's staying cool. Here's a quick tropical appetizer to keep your diners happy whatever the temp. Save some slices for the grill master.
- Slice the ends off of the starfruit. Discard. Slice the starfruit into 1/2" slices (or 4 slices per fruit). Discard any seeds. Arrange starfruit slices on a serving platter.
- Top each starfruit slice with a dab of Greek yogurt and chimichurri sauce.
