Starfruit goes Italian
Pimentos, olives and cream cheese make a perfect topping for crackers. Even lighter and brighter when topping starfruit slices. This combo is perfect when the main dish is fish.

Slice the ends off of the starfruit. Discard. Slice the starfruit into 1/2" slices (or 4 slices per fruit). Discard any seeds. Arrange starfruit slices on a serving platter.

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and olives.

Top each starfruit slice with a tiny scoop of the cream cheese mixture.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
