Tropical avocado and ginger salad
SlimCado is an avocado from the tropics. It's light and creamy taste is complemented by ginger's fresh tangy. This is easy to make for dinner or lunch.
Ingredients
- Ginger dressing
- 2 tbs dry sherry
- 2 tbs rice vinegar
- 1
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbs sesame seeds, toasted
- Add for the salad
- 1 SlimCado® avocado
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the ginger dressing. Set aside.

Cut the SlimCado in half, discard the seed, scoop out the flesh and chop. Add SlimCado pieces to a large serving bowl. Add ginger dressing and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Just before serving, toss again.
