Tropical Starfruit Smoothie
I've never had a tropical fruit smoothie that I didn't like. This is no exception. Starfruit and papaya perfect together.
- 1 Florida starfruit
- 1 Brooks Solo papaya
- 1/4 cup Groovy Coconut®, shredded
- 1/2 pineapple, cubed
- 4 oz. cream of coconut (for a low-calorie version, try yogurt)
Slice the starfruit into thirds. Poke out any seeds with a knife.
Slice a Solo papaya in half; discard the seeds and scoop out the flesh.
In a blender, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
