Enjoying an Indian curry tonight? Take a minute or two to make this appetizer that perfectly kicks of the meal.
Slice the ends off of the starfruit. Discard. Slice the starfruit into 1/2" slices (or 4 slices per fruit). Discard any seeds. Arrange starfruit slices on a serving platter.
Top each starfruit slice with a dab of chutney and a leaf of basil.
