For over 85 years, Brooks Tropicals has grown tropical avocados known as SlimCados. SlimCados naturally have up to half the fat and a third fewer calories than the leading California avocado.

SlimCados are a different branch on the avocado family tree. They’d have to be, they’re grown not in dry but very humid climates. Generally pear-shaped with smooth or bumpy green skin, the SlimCado varies in shape and in size from three to thirteen inches long and up to five inches wide.
