Banana guava passion
It's a dessert topping, or add vanilla or rice pudding to the blender to make it a dessert.
- 2 red guavas
- 1 passionfruit
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup fresh Groovy Coconut, shredded
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
Peel the red guava. Cut off the ends. Slice in half. If you don't want seeds in your smoothie, push the red guava through a sieve. Put in a blender.
Cut the passionfruit in half, scoop out the insides. If you don't want seeds in the smoothie, push the passionfruit through a strainer. Add to the blender.
Peel the banana and add to the blender along with the shredded coconut, sugar and ginger. Blend until relatively smooth.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve chilled.
