Honey Broiled Uniq Fruit
Try this as a really sweet breakfast treat or as a healthy dessert. Either way, you're going to love it.
- Preheat the broiler.
- Cut the Uniq Fruit in half. Run a knife around each section to loosen membranes. Arrange the Uniq Fruit, cut sides up, in a flameproof baking dish just large enough to hold them in one layer.
- Cut the bananas or strawberries into slices. Arrange on top of the fruit.
- Sprinkle the tops of the Uniq Fruit with honey and cinnamon.
- Broil 4" from the heat. Broil until the tops begin to brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
