Honey-lime berries in a Solo papaya
Easy-peasy. Toss the honey-lime mixture with the berries, or simply add a dollop on top. Put down the cereal bowl and enjoy fruit for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut or vanilla yogurt
- 1 lime
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 Solo papaya
- 1/2 cup berries, your choice (if strawberries, cut stems off and cut berries in half)
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, juice of one lime and honey.

Cut the Solo papaya in half and discard the seeds.

Options
a. Place the berries in the yogurt bowl and toss to mix.
b. Place the berries in the Solo halves and scoop some of the yogurt mixture on top.
