Frying up some meat makes for some juicy gravy or pan drippings. Add thin slices of starfruit while frying the meat for a great meat topper.
Slice the ends off of the starfruit. Discard. Slice the starfruit into thin slices (or 4 slices per fruit). Discard any seeds.
While cooking your meat in the skillet, add the starfruit to cook along side of it.
