Thai guava juice
Light and refreshing drink for the summer. Perfect as a pick me up.
Ingredients
- Thai guava, chopped - 3 to 4 medium
- chilled water - 2 cups
- sugar - 3 tbs
Instructions
- Rinse the guavas off.
- Chop into small pieces. Add to a blender.
- Add water and blend to a rough texture. You're basically trying to detach the seeds from the pulp.
- Strain mixer over a bowl to discard the seeds. Then add back into the blender with the sugar.
- Blend until relatively smooth.
