Passionate about going Solo, papaya that is
Who am I to say cereal isn't as good for you as one might think? But who are you to say an all-fruit dish at breakfast wouldn't be great? Push the sugar bowl away and enjoy passionfruit and a squirt of lime on your berries and Solo papaya.
- Solo papaya - 1
- Florida passionfruit - 1
- Strawberries, stems cut-off - 1/4 cup
- lime - 1
- Blueberries - 1/4 cup
- Slice the Solo papaya in half and discard the seeds. With a large spoon, scoop out the flesh and cut into bite-size pieces. Place in a small bowl.
- Place the pulp and seeds of the passionfruit, berries and the juice of one lime in the bowl. Toss to coat.
- Divide into the 2 Solo papaya halves and serve, or cover with plastic wrap the night before and serve chilled.
