Sliders with pork and spicy tropical slaw
You can't beat sliders for get-togethers, whether it's celebrating a big win for the soccer team (kids or professionals) or a night on the deck when you don't want to go inside for dinner just yet. Add the pork or not-it's your choice.
Ingredients
- 1 SlimCado® avocado
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- dash of salt
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro or culantro (1 oz of leaves)
- 16 oz pre-cooked pork tenderloin, optional
- 8 slider buns
Instructions

Follow the pork package directions for heating.

Slice the SlimCado in half lengthwise. Discard the seed. Scoop out the flesh and chop into small pieces.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the olive oil, juice of 1 lime, sriracha sauce and salt. Add the cabbage, avocado and cilantro. Toss gently to coat.

Cut the slider buns in half. Split the pork evenly between buns. Top with the avocado mixture. Serve immediately.
