SlimCado Solo Salad
Do you make the bowl out of the solo papaya or the SlimCado avocado? Why not serve both ways and let your diners have their pick.
Ingredients
- 1 SlimCado avocado
- 2 Solo papayas
- 2 tbs chopped red onion
- 1 lime
- 2 tbs chopped cilantro
- 2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Cut the solo papayas and SlimCado avocado in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds. Scoop out the flesh and chop into cubes. Put the shells on a serving tray (deviled eggs plate works well to keep them in place).

In a large bowl, gently combine the SlimCado and papaya cubes with the red onion, lime juice, cilantro and pepper.

Scoop into the shells. Refrigerate covered for at least 2 hours.
