You’re the avocado of my toast
A simple and simply delicious recipe that takes advantage of SlimCado's lower fat and fewer calories. With a hass avocado, you might worry about fat/calories with doctors saying to eat even good fat in moderation. But's that's not a big deal with SlimCados. That gives you a lot of love to spread.
- SlimCado avocado - 1
- Lime - 1
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
- Extra-virgin olive oil - 1 tbs
- Dash of salt and pepper
- Cut open the SlimCado, scoop out the seed and discard. Scoop out the flesh and place in a large bowl.
- Add the juice of a lime, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mash or add to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Spread as desired on toast, roll, sandwich or crackers.
