Groovy SlimCado smoothie
Avocado and coconut are perfect together. Drink chilled or scoop frozen; either way. Makes a great substitute for ice cream if you freeze it.
Ingredients
- SlimCado avocado - 1
- Lime - 1
- Low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt - 1/3 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Groovy Coconut - 1/4
- If drinking as a smoothie
- ice cubes - 4
Instructions
- Open a Groovy Coconut. For an ez way to do this...
- Slice the SlimCado in half. Discard the seed. Scoop out the insides into a food processor.
- Add the juice of one lime, yogurt, milk to the food processor. Add the ice cubes if you're drinking it as a smoothie.
- Pulse until blended. Enjoy as a drink, or freeze in a freezer-compatible container for at least 4 hours to scoop out as a creamy dessert.
