Slimcado and Papaya-Pom Dressing
With a slightly spicy finish, this pretty-colored dressing has a creamy texture thanks to Caribbean Red papaya and a dollop of avocado, the tropical avocado SlimCado.
- 3/4 cup ripe Caribbean Red papaya, diced
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs ripe SlimCado avocado, diced
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh jalapeno pepper, finely minced
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Process until just slightly chunky.
Refrigerate for several hours before using for best results.
