- 1/4 Caribbean Red papaya
- 1" fresh ginger
- 1 lime
- Dash worcestershire sauce
- Dash salt and pepper
- Dash tobasco sauce
- 1/2 cup tonic water
- 2 celery stalks
- 4 ice cubes

Add the ginger and papaya to a blender along with the juice of one lime, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, tabasco sauce and tonic water. Blend until relatively smooth.

Pour into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake for 10 seconds. Put a celery stalk in each glass. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
